Seven step success formula
Tommorrow morning I start my move to 88 kilograms using the seven step success formula
I will lose weight to 88kgs
I will do castle hill every time Kylie goes
I will fast every work day except when it's a client luncheon or function or things along that vein
I will only eat ice cream/desert other then fruit more then twice a week
I will do four strength sessions a week
I will swing kettlebells every day starting at 6 and adding six each week
I will start from 27 may 2013
I will make this public at work
I will make a bet on this in my email round work
I will put photos of food on this blog daily
I will tell everyone I will be 88kg by 24 December
When I reach 88kgs I will visit Kevin Shorey with Alicia
I will reach this goal by December 24 2013
