Day one down

Woke up and felt off in the tummy.  Bloody cool today and weight was 106.1 which shows it really was a big weekend.
At work I drew up a weekly table I can reprint each day that has my daily weight and my daily process goals and these now live on the fridge.

So yesterday I did six kettleswings, I fasted while at work and I did backsquats

Dinner was a big steak and broccoli and a sweat potatoe.  Then I had frozen cherries, honey and coconut flakes.  Then a honey sandwhich.
