Fat fat fat. One week today

It's Monday morning a week after I started and I am mostly the same weight and I am feeling fat, fat, fat and slightly unwell.  Probably too much rich food last night.  Got up at 4:30am and did castle hill and that was really enjoyable except for the initial wake up.  Weight today 105.8....  100 grams down in 1 week is not my hope....

Day five

Great day of walking shoveling compost abs dinner of steak and salad.  Not so great result on the scales of 105.3 after the binge yesterday but am going to keep trucking and stick to my daily goals

Day four

Started out great as done to 104.2 and I walked to work.  Failed at work as we had a big going away morning tea and they had food everywhere and I gorged rather then going for a walk round the block.  Dissappointed in how I always fall down here

Day three

Today was a good albeit long day.  Seminars after work really dragged it out.  Nice simple steak dinner and vegies followed by fruit and honey and coconut flakes

Day two

Today was a good day as it was Alicia's 30th bday.  I snuck into work to get her bamboo sheets as a present and walked home and to work and did jb swings.  Fasted in the morning but had races on in the afternoon and ate canapés.   When I got home I potted around the yard and did shoulder press and kettlebell swings and walked to Kmart and back.  
Dinner was scrambled eggs on toasted with bacon and apple and desert was mango sorbet

Day one down

Woke up and felt off in the tummy.  Bloody cool today and weight was 106.1 which shows it really was a big weekend.
At work I drew up a weekly table I can reprint each day that has my daily weight and my daily process goals and these now live on the fridge.

So yesterday I did six kettleswings, I fasted while at work and I did backsquats

Dinner was a big steak and broccoli and a sweat potatoe.  Then I had frozen cherries, honey and coconut flakes.  Then a honey sandwhich.

Seven step success formula

Tommorrow morning I start my move to 88 kilograms using the seven step success formula I will lose weight to 88kgs I will do castle hill every time Kylie goes I will fast every work day except when it's a client luncheon or function or things along that vein I will only eat ice cream/desert other then fruit more then twice a week I will do four strength sessions a week I will swing kettlebells every day starting at 6 and adding six each week I will start from 27 may 2013 I will make this public at work I will make a bet on this in my email round work I will put photos of food on this blog daily I will tell everyone I will be 88kg by 24 December When I reach 88kgs I will visit Kevin Shorey with Alicia I will reach this goal by December 24 2013
